How do I watch virtually?
Registering for your virtual ticket is quick and easy. It will take you straight to Brella, the online networking and streaming app, where you can set up your profile right away. On the day of the event, you will only need your Brella login.
On the day of the event:
1. Login to Brella
2. Navigate to the ‘Stream’ tab on the left hand side to view the live streams.
3. Choose between two stages using the dropdown menu.

How do I network with virtual attendees?
Brella allows you to explore, chat and set up meetings with other attendees. Go to the ‘Attendees’ tab and ‘Chat/Suggest meeting’ with those you want to network with.
You can also discover the Virtual Booths of event sponsors by navigating to the ‘Sponsors’ tab and visiting the booths from there. If available, you will see a company representative.
New meeting and chat requests will appear as a notification on the top navigation bar. Be sure to check back regularly as attendees tend to network before, during and sometimes after the event is finished.
When creating a profile for Brella, you are prompted to select your interests. With Brella’s built-in AI matchmaking, attendees will be suggested to you for networking based on your shared interests.
Can I view the event content on-demand?
Once an event is over, you can find on-demand content and sessions from the ‘Schedule’ tab within Brella. Find out more here.
You will have access to all sessions on-demand 3 weeks after the event or you can view all sessions via our website.
How to view the Agenda?
You can view our interactive agenda by selecting ‘Agenda’ on the navigation bar to the left.
How to move your Agenda into a personal calendar, such as Google?
To synchronise your Schedule, you need to bookmark sessions.
1. Login to Brella
2. Go to the ‘Agenda’ page
3. Scroll down and click on ‘Calendar Sync’ at the bottom of the right side menu.

How can I ask the speaker questions?
When the event is ongoing, you will be able to use the live chat function, Slido, to submit your question directly to the stage host.
How do I set up a Virtual Meeting through Brella?
Virtual meetings can be scheduled before and during the event through Brella. Make sure you set up your networking availability first.
1. Go to ‘Attendees’ on the navigation bar to the left
2. Explore ‘Your matches’ ‘All attendees’ and ‘Bookmark’ contacts
3. Click on ‘Chat/Suggest Meeting’
4. Click ‘Chat’ to introduce yourself
5. Select an available meeting slot on the right hand side and click ‘Suggest Meeting’
6. Your introduction and meeting request will appear in their inbox

How do I know when a Suggested Meeting has been accepted?
You will be able to view the status of your message by navigating the inbox. Click on the menu with two speech bubbles at the top of your navigation bar. Meeting Requests, Chat Requests and All Conversations will be clear in this inbox.

How do I view what meetings I have?
You will see the pending or confirmed meeting in the Schedule section of Brella.
1. Go to ‘Schedule’ on the left hand-side navigation bar
2. View your meetings and how they work with the event’s agenda
